As soon as I walked into their Murray location, their representatives helped me walk through the process of getting help after my accident. I was surprised how quickly we set appointments and if ever I had a question, they usually had an answer for me. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly. I have a brain injury and they didn't mind me calling every other day just because I forgot I had already called them they pretended like I hadn't and answer any questions that I repeated. The lawyers were very knowledgeable and got me the best decision they could to get me through. Still have a lot of trouble with word and crowds. Having a familiar face it you've seen before when you go to a strange court meeting is extremely comforting. It's in the lawyer to the last paralegal that handled my case they were amazing! more

I dealt mostly with Cassandra and Luke at Siegfried and Jensen but everyone who helped me was genuinely concerned that we get compensation for the accident we were victimized by. They navigated me through a serious situation that caused me a great deal of grief. Cassandra kept in touch with me to make sure my case didn't fall through the cracks. Luke was realistic and helpful while remaining sympathetic with his legal advice. I am grateful for their service and support. more
