First of all, my rate is about their appointment service in Raleigh site (next to Rex), not the expertise of the docotors (I don't know that yet). \r
I went to the Raleigh clinic at 10:20am Sept 18th since my appointment was supposed to be at 10:30. Waited to 10:45 and was told that my appointment actually was at 11:00. Finally at 11:20 I was admitted and was told that the doctor I was supposed to see was OFF!! If I didn't want to waste my trip I had to see another doctor. What a service.
