My husband and I love Shuffs. We have been going since it was the Highway Bakery And Coffee. Shop; which leads to my favorite menu item....the Cheese Steak. Its always good and my favorite part is how its served on a freshly baked Sheboygan Hard Roll. \r We asked our waitress ArLean, who is Outstanding, for some details on the Shuffs Hard Rolls. We were happy to be informed the Hard Rolls are in fact, baked fresh daily, on site, right at Shuffs. We also found out, you can even watch the rolls being baked in the Glass Door Oven!\r Shuffs definitely knows how to make a True Sheboygan Hard Roll. A rare skill to "perfect"\r The Service is always great. I mean come on!! You can get Perch Fry and German Potato salad in the same place any day of the week!!!! Sweet. Really good food and good beer. The bread is also a great touch. Only beef is that Shuffs has no delivery. I work when they are open now so I cant go to the restaurant any more. We would order 2 times a week if we could be we order from another bar because they deliver. I want fish and not burgers. The want Perch any day of the week and Shuffs has it. the best! more

An interesting assortment of food here. Not what you'd actually call a bakery, but they do have baked goods. They also have some good lunch dishes. I don't especially care for the management, so I don't come in here that often, but it's a decent spot. The prices are pretty cheap. The location leaves a lot to be desired, located in one of the noisiest spots of sheboygan, right off the highway. There is ample parking though and plenty of seating inside. more

Food is very tasty and flavorable. We love the fliesbrook but it's a little to peppery and needs a little more filling then it's just like my Mom would make. If you had to charge more with the extra filling -- it would be worth it. Great to have your business close to our neighbor. Got spoiled by your past waitress, serves and asking how thing are and do we need anything were very little the last coupe of times. It sounds like a strange combination, but it works very well. They bake their own rolls for the sandwiches they serve. It doesn't get any fresher than that! The menu has everything from soup and sandwiches to steaks and seafood. The bakery area has fresh Sheboygan hardrolls as well as turnovers and pecan rolls, and cheesecake.
