I think shopko is fairly affordable and probably comparable to a store like target. I have found that on some items they aren't well stocked. I went there because they were advertising triple barrel curling irons and they were out of stock. The spot where they had been hanging looked like they had only had 5 or 6 in the first place. Sometimes you can find good sale and clearance prices here. more
