getting a car registered 11/9/2005

My husband and I moved to PA recently and when we went to get the car registered , shirly katz notary told us what we needed, we took about a week getting the information when my husband took bakc the papers he originally had plus the additional and they said OH, well you need this paper, he said you didn't say that last week and she said you need it. needless to say we went elsewhere. more
