Shine & Style Mobile Detail

New to the area, I gave Shine and Style a call based on the reviews online. My interior was in shambles, but I had high expectations for what they could accomplish. more

WOW! You guys did an astonishing job on my 1997 BMW 5 series. I ordered a full cleaning, interior and exterior, and had my leather seats conditioned. I can honestly say that this is the best car detailing I have ever had performed , in any place, any where, for any price. The car looks brand new, inside and outside, and it is 15 years old. You can rely on getting our business as long as we are in the Durham Raleigh area! We have three cars, so expect to hear from us soon. Thank you very, very much. I have Shine and Style come to our office to detail my staffs cars twice a year. I have been very pleased. I have used other companies that have done a good job, however, we have been most impressed with Shine and Style. Of particular note, they stay until the job is well done. Recently used Shine & Style due to their glowing reviews. NEVER AGAIN! They showed up & worked 3 hours on my car. Attention to detail was fine - door jams cleaned, wheel wells blackened. They even got trash out of hard to reach places! Now for the bad - My headlights were professionally restored by Dr. Headlight (who I HIGHLY recommend). After Shine & Style put some harsh chemical on my light (or pressure washer), my entire clearcoat was gone! I have to get my headlights redone. The owner had the gall to tell me they were like that already. They also put some chemical on my hubcabs which took the paint off the hubcabs (had to buy new at Honda for $100) They also put some harsh chemical on my gear shift panel which turned the shifter from grey to ashy white (another purchase at Honda=$50). With labor, I have to spend around $300-$400 to fix what Shine & Style messed up! When I pointed out the damaged shifter, he told me all he used was soap/water! NOT! NEVER AGAIN! I have a 2003 Honda Pilot used to shuttle kids around. After Nicholas and Michael of Shine & Style finished, my car looked brand new. I could not be more pleased!! The attention to detail is amazing. They spent 6 hours cleaning and polishing every crevice. I'll be calling tomorrow to book an appointment for my husbands car! By far, the best detailers and the best deal around!! We recently had both of our cars detailed by Shine and Style and they really did a tremendous job. Our second car detailed by Shine and Style has over 100k miles and had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. They spent over 6 hours on our car and it looks absolutely great. I really couldn't ask for more and was surprised at how well he removed the dog hair and cleaned the carpeting inside. I will highly recommend this business to anyone. I have a Lexus RX 330...it has lots of miles and lots of love from 2 little boys. I called Shine and Style, made an appointment and couldn't be more pleased with the service. The gentlemen arrived on time and went to work. My car looks NEW! I am not joking. I don't want to put my boys (ages 4 and 2) back in it. They did an OUTSTANDING job. I have a 10+ year old Ford Explorer that has hauled dogs, dirt and boats. I decided to get it spiffed up, either to sell or to enjoy more myself. I set up an appointment with Shine and Style. They came on time and brought three guys.. They worked hard for the better part of four hours and now the Explorer looks awesome. I am amazed. Bad news for the dog: he may have lost his ride.
