Disappointed... 3/30/2011

I would like to give zero stars! This was the first time I ordered from Shiek Shoes. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail but my card was charged for them. When the shoes came they were dirty and scratched and dinged like someone had worn them. There was also way too much padding under the toe area. I checked every pair of pumps I own and none of them had padding there. I was disappointed. I am sending them back and I hope that I will be reimbursed for the shipping like they say they will do. If not I will be back on here to write part 2! more

Order Cancelled? I Think Not! 3/10/2011

[I truly wish I could give it zero stars.] I made an order a few weeks ago for a pair of shoes and a backpack. But I had to cancel my order because of unexpected money problems. We had to call a few times to even get ahold of anyone, and when we did, an employee told us it would be taken care of -- we would not be charged and would not have to deal with it anymore. We asked for a confirmation number and received none before being hung up on. Two weeks later, our bank account is overdrawn because of -- lo and behold -- the shiekh shoes order that was cancelled! We called a few times, finally got ahold of someone, and apparently the order had been shipped, with no email to tell ME that it happened, and on my account page of their site, the order didn't even show. "There's no note that it was cancelled, and at any rate, it's already been shipped." Totally done with this company. more

Dirty Shoes 3/7/2011

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my birthday party. When I received the shoes one pair was extremely dirty as if someone had been wearing them. Never doing business here again!! more

Still waiting... 12/28/2010

I ordered 2 pair of shoes for gifts. Received them but this took an extra 3 weeks. Needed to return 1 pair for an exchange and 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for any response. Have left multiple emails and voicemails with no response. Don't waste your time with this site. I won't again. more

AMAZING! 10/21/2010

A great site to order from despite all the bad reviews. I ordered the Michael Antonio Leno in black for an upcoming wedding. I payed for them on Friday and received them the following Wednesday which I expected. They kept me up to date with the tracking and the communication was great. I even got 10% off my order thanks to an online coupon code I found. Will order from this site again! more

Oh no 10/18/2010

Good: Their range of shoes, however the website navigation is mediocre.. Bad: Their customer service is non existant. I order my shoes on Tuesday, a couple of hours later they had taken the money. Problem? Yes, they said they wanted extra details aka. a bill of some sort due to being a international customer. I sent this the next day. Reply? NON and now it is the next week Monday. I have sent numerous emails wether they are going to complete my transaction. Even if they replied it be a step toward not ripping people off!!!. Improvements: They need to improve on customer service- a step in the right direction is to answer questions and quaries as prompty as posibly. Second to improve their navigation and enable customers to see all shoes in a categorie not always having to flick through.. more

not bad 9/6/2010

I ordered from their online store, and overall I was pretty satisfied. As soon as I placed the order I received an email stating it would take an extra 5 days to process because they had to get one of the shoes from a store... no big deal. It turns out I actually got the shoes sooner then they promised. My only complaint was the email went to my junk folder, but fortunately I always check it so that was cool. more

worst experience 9/1/2010

ordered 6 pairs of shoes from Shiekh shoes for my daughter. Waited a week for email/tracking# never got one. Called no-one knew what was going on, said they would call back never heard from them. Next week called again they ask for tracking # didn't have one and no email, said they would call back never heard from them. called back and the girl was eating something so I couldn't understand half of what she was saying other than I needed to cancel my order??? imagine that!!!! aren't they in business to make money Oh!!! I forgot the girls answering the phone are making money only the owner of the company isn't making money. Shiekh Shoes needs to get their act together. Maybe the owner needs to get involved with the business. Never experienced anything like this before. Never will again with Shiekh Shoes. By-the-way I had order SIX pairs of shoes from a company that told me I needed to just cancel my order???????? more

I wish i would have checked judy's book first! The reviews on shiekh's website are all good! I ordered shoes for my wedding 11 days ago and was freaking out because the order still has not been processed! Sat on hold for 18 minutes with no answer after they had not responded to my e-mail. Now i have 5 days to find shoes for my wedding day! Shiekh Shoes sucks! more

I ordered two pairs of shoes from them and just like all of the other reviews here they took forever to arrive. I called their number and left many messages but never got a response. Until I found a website that had their corporate #. The girl blamed it on that they had to get the shoe from another store, but if this website was professional, they would have sent out an email saying my order will be delayed instead of making me call them tons of time. My shoes finally arrived and they are cute but nothing that you cant find in another store, it's not worth the hassle or the wait though. I wont be buying from them again. more

AWFUL!! 6/2/2010

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding and it took them over 3 weeks to even ship them. I still haven't received them and at this point don't even know if i want them. There customer service claims that they will return your call or e-mail within 48 hours. I called and left 5 messages and sent 3 e-mails to NEVER receive a response. Worse customer service EVER! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. more

they completely SUCK and are a shady company got 2 different orders online. one order i kept 1 pair of shoes and sent the others back still no refund every time i call no one answers it tells you to leave a message but oh how convenient that message box if full all the time I got through once to speak with manager and they couldnt even do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not get shoes online from them!!!!!!!!! They came up on $200 bucks with my return of shoes!!!!!!!!!!! more

I ordered shoes from the website Jan 20, it is now Feb 14 and my order still has not been processed... this is a horrible turn around rate when the website clearly states shipping to be within 3 to 5 days. i love their selection of shoes but due to the longgg time it takes to recieve them i will not be ordering again. more

I ordered from this store, online, two weeks ago, and my order still has not been PROCESSED. I have emailed them- no response; called them-no answer. The mail box is always full and no matter who you want to be transffered to, no one will pick up the call. more

Shiekh 1/5/2006

Shiekh is an excellent shoe store and it is less than one block away from campus. It is right next to a convenience store (Rexall) and Hot Topic. Shiekh has a great collection of shoes, from dress shoes to sneakers to boots to sandals and they all come in different colors and sizes. The customer service is great and the prices are decent. The shoe displays are really nice too so you'll have fun shopping here. more
