Good: Their range of shoes, however the website navigation is mediocre.. Bad: Their customer service is non existant. I order my shoes on Tuesday, a couple of hours later they had taken the money. Problem? Yes, they said they wanted extra details aka. a bill of some sort due to being a international customer. I sent this the next day. Reply? NON and now it is the next week Monday. I have sent numerous emails wether they are going to complete my transaction. Even if they replied it be a step toward not ripping people off!!!. Improvements: They need to improve on customer service- a step in the right direction is to answer questions and quaries as prompty as posibly. Second to improve their navigation and enable customers to see all shoes in a categorie not always having to flick through..
