Exceeded my expectations 8/10/2020

I did a lot of research (as much as I could get in) on Jeep before stepping foot into any dealership because of so many reviews I've read on many dealerships. From setting up my appointment, to the way we were greeted walking in, the test drive experience and negotiations, the overall experience at Sherman Dodge definitely exceeded my expectations. Mary was our salesperson and she was fantastic, very knowledgeable. Its been a couple of weeks and being that there is so much technology, she has been very patient with us and all of our questions since. I appreciate that she took the time to actually listen to questions and concerns and not just brush them off or talk around them. more

Worst ever dealer in the world 9/22/2011

I can't stress enough how you should avoid this place. Unless you want to be fooled, bullied around from sales person to sales manager, only to find out that the price they advertise on the internet is completely phony, as it considers every possible discount, for which you will never qualify. Or, do you think you can be in the armed forces, working for UPs and Delta Airlines, have a current car lease, all at the same time??? So the price went from $34k advertised on their own website to a MSRP of $40.5k, that would come down to a mere $37.5 with the discounts I "qualified" for... A complete SCAM, with shady and rude people, that forced me get up and say I was leaving, only to hear, "Where are you going?" and I said "Home!" and heard back "That is some way of negotiating"... They even asked me, since I am a salesman myself, if I told my customers "all the truth" when advertising... I said, this is not advertising, This is misleading your consumers!!! Their answer: "Haven't you heard of creative advertising?". So, if you go there... Good luck. more

Typical used car games, Go somewhere else!!!! 4/2/2011

Horrible experience! They will say ANYTHING to get you in the door and then lie to you're face to get you to sign on the dotted line! I usually don't have any problems buying a car but first they advertise one price, they will verify that price, and then hit you with a higher one claiming "Oh, that price must have been a mistake" If you have a trade get ready to be robbed because they will de-value your car every time the salesman comes back with a deal so watch out for that trick. They will offer you next to nothing on trades and then try to rip you off on monthly payments with no explanation to why the payments are $20-40 more than they should be...I ended up walking out because of too many games and hidden costs....beware and buy somewhere else that will treat customers with respect! more

Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep was awesome to deal with when I wanted to buy my New 2010 Sprinter Van. They took the time to explain the different types of Sprinter Vans that I was looking at and offered suggestions as to which would be better for me due to warranties, life of vehicle, etc. And I got to drive my NEW Sprinter Van off of the show room floor! That's a thrill in within it's self since this is my 3rd purchase from Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The Commercial Vehicle Manager, Walter Salcedo made sure our dealership experience exceeded our expectations at Sherman Dodge. Surprise: Nice car dealership 4/15/2010

I called Sherman Dodge because a belt broke on my car and they called a reasonably priced towing company to bring my car in for service. My mechanic, Stan was great! He explained what had happened to the belt, in a way i could understand, and told me he would complete the job as quickly as possible, which was within 2 hours. Great job, great place! more

My friend bought a car from here and was very happy, so when I said I was looking for a car, she offered to give me a lift out there to shop. The people were polite enough when we walked in, happy to show us around, let us test drive three cars, explained why some cars ran better than others. more

Our sales person was tops. 3/25/2010

The salesman was very helpful and supportive. He gave us a great deal of time and did not push. If he did not have an answer he went and searched it out or pulled up info on the computer. We did a test drive. He guided us and made sure all our questions were announced and answered. Calm and supportive sales people all around. more

I love Sherman Dodge.I bought my minivan there and went back to help my sister buy her new intrepid there also.However what needs to be said first and foremost about buying a car is that to actually have a good experience you need to be informed and know exactly what you want before you get there.That being said my experience was great,there was no hard sell and Dan was a nice guy.I had gone to another Dodge dealer the day before and walked out disgusted so going here where the salespeople actually knew about the cars they sell was nice.I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.KNOW what you want!! -Ellyne V. more

Lanny was a terrific sales person. He was very helpful and answered all our questions very thoroughly. We felt the price we paid was very competitive. Everyone at Sherman Dodge was friendly and helpful. Our overall experience was very positive not high pressure and stressful as car buying can be. Definitly be Back 1/21/2010

My car was having trouble starting so I went in for a service call without an appointment. They were extremely busy but they did not rush me and fit me in.They explained everything they were going to check and assured me that they call would call me with price and ask before performing any work. They did everything they said and I felt they cared about my car and business. my experience was positive and I will definately be back. Listened to me 1/20/2010

The service person I worked with was very courteous and friendly. The thing I liked the most was he listened to what I had to say about the problem. I think that helped for a speedy repair. I purchased five autos from Sherman and the total experience has always been great. - psccc more

most excellent experience 1/19/2010

I went in to buy a new van. I was sure of the model, color and options and when I told the sales person what I wanted, they never hesitated. Within minutes I was able to take the actual car I bought out for a test drive. I have purchase other cars but I have never been able to take the time to actually make sure the exact car I was going to buy was the car I got to test drive. Large selection 1/15/2010

We bought a Dodge Caravan from this dealer and were very pleased with both the sales people and the finance department. The sales people were very knowlegeable and helpful and there was a large selection to choose from on the lot. We would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who needs a car. - Dulli more
