I did a lot of research (as much as I could get in) on Jeep before stepping foot into any dealership because of so many reviews I've read on many dealerships. From setting up my appointment, to the way we were greeted walking in, the test drive experience and negotiations, the overall experience at Sherman Dodge definitely exceeded my expectations. Mary was our salesperson and she was fantastic, very knowledgeable. Its been a couple of weeks and being that there is so much technology, she has been very patient with us and all of our questions since. I appreciate that she took the time to actually listen to questions and concerns and not just brush them off or talk around them.
