Went in to pickup my food and noticed the pictures of the food I was going to be eating up on the wall above the cashier (should have been a huge red flag). Order a fried chicken dish with a sauce and was not sure it was chicken. It was VERY tough and stringy. Not enough rice for the dish and texture/taste was not good. I looked this restaraunt up on the web and saw that they have had numerous health violations in the past. If you live in the 23112 zip code just do yourself a favor and NOT eat here BUT drive a mile and half to Yen Ching (not even in the same ball park, MUCH better and well worht the money)!!! more

Awesome But Too Sweet 11/18/2008

Chang Sheng's egg rolls are the best! BUT, they put too much sugar in their Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and the General Tso Chicken. The fried rice is delicious when ordered by itself but doesn't taste so good when you order it in a combination plate. But Chang Sheng is very good and the people that work there are really great! Great food, and they deliver! 9/22/2005

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Midlothian (and believe me, we've tried them all!) What makes them extra awesome is that they deliver! Their prices are reasonable, the food is great, and delivery is fast and friendly. I am a picky eater, and they make my meals exactly how I asl for them. Not a complaint about them yet! more
