Top Notch Store! 10/11/2011

I don't know what kind of beef ""Pam in Big Bear"" has with Shelli's Hallmark, but in my opinion, this is one of the best stores in Big Bear. I can always find the perfect gift there and the chocolate's, especially the malted milk balls, are truely wonderful! During the winter, Shelli frequently has hot apple cider for her shoppers. Now that is what I call ""putting the customer first"". Keep up the good work, Shelli!!! more

Best shopping experience in Big Bear!! 10/11/2011

Shelli's Hallmark is one of the best Hallmark shops I have ever shopped in. Her product selection, employees and general atmosphere are exceptional. My visit there was not only a shopping trip, but a shopping experience. She has a great selection of Willow Tree Angles, which are my favorite, and various other great gift ideas for my friends for Christmas. I was extremely excited when I found an ornament there that I had been searching for, they even sold me the display model because it was the last one. The employees at this Hallmark shop were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product they sell in the store. If you visit Big Bear, don't forget to stop in here! more

This store is awful! 9/3/2011

I have tried and tried to give them business. A pathetic selection of almost everything. Don't try to find a candle or a cute cocktail, luncheon napkin or plate as it will not exist in this store. Their chocolate candy is stale. Gift selection is a joke, you are better at the dollar store next door. Who in the world in the buyer? I cannot imagine how they stay in business. Too bad as Hallmark use to be a place to go if you needed a quick gift. Skip this one! more
