Anyone considering using the services of Sheldon Zigelbaum should be aware that he lost his Massachusetts medical license in 1992, and his New York license in 1993, after being found guilty of sexual and other misconduct with psychiatric patients. I'd consider this criminal, personally, since a troubled patient can hardly give informed consent, and being high probably didn't help them with decision-making, either. However, he was not tried criminally, to my knowledge.
