Great place for Women Self-Defense 10/5/2011

I finally found a great place that a woman can feel comfortable learning self-defense techniques. They are great teachers and would make any woman feel at ease. I have learned so much already and I have only been to a few classes. The prices are also really affordable. It is not something I thought I would like but a friend recommended it and it was completely different than I thought. I thought it would be lots of fighting and kicking and that was not the case. Definitely worth trying. And they offer the first class for free so if you do not like it, you haven more

Not just for fighting! 6/21/2011

Quality instruction at an affordable price with lots of time on the mat to perfect technique. My daughter and I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and family friendly environment. Not to mention we are under Pedro Sauer, who is one of the most technical teachers and is highly respected in the jiu jitsu community. Training here has not only helped me to learn jiu jitsu, but has inspired me to live a much healthier life. more
