The Chicken Shawarma plate is to die for! The chicken is juicy and accompanied with a delicious garlic sauce that will make you think you have died and gone to heaven! Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of this place.. you're in for a wonderful dining experience. Pros: Garlic sauce! more

I've been going to Shawarma King for over four years and have never had any problems with fraudulent credit card charges. Excellent home cooking! I think they have the best Kafta plate in town. I prefer them over Cafe Lili, Fadis, and Droubis. However, the restaurant is not as fancy as the other places. I go there for the food and the friendly atmosphere. Pros: Food Cons: Atmosphere more

I must say that the food at this restaurant is pretty good. Shawarma's are large and tasty. Kibbis, grape leaves, and kababs also are quite nice. Pros: Good, authentic food Cons: Credit card fraud more

my experience there was horrible customer service....i had ordered a simple chicken shawarma and sat down next to the register and waited for my food patiently and others came after me and ordered as well...their order consisted of about at least 3 orders and i had sat there and waited for 20-30 minutes!!!!!!!! and the people behind me had gotten their food out BEFORE i did and then when i asked the guy isnt it suppose to be first come first serve?? and he said that it was only a minute apart from when the other person got their food....those people came in like 7 minutes after i did and got their food before me and ordered way more than i did ....all i asked for was a simple chicken shawarma and had to wait over 20 minutes for that???!! i was extremely upset and disappointed in being treated like that ...and not hearing an explaination or an apology i got attitude about it.....if he had appoligized about it or told me the reason why it was like that i wouldnt be as upset.....the food was horrible too......but now i will never ever come there again nor would i recommend anyone i know to go there......... we had a nice time...we saw a lot of labenese ppl coming there..so i guess its pretty authentic...their cashew baklawa is to die for.....chicken shawarmas only $3.95.......really inexpensive....should try atleast once to believe it....great pitas and falafels too.... more
