Poor customer service. Took payment for a large corporate volunteer event and did not show up with tents, tables, chairs and equipment. They did not even call to let us know that...

The Collins Hill Athletic Association Lacrosse League has used Shaw Tents for the past 5 years for our year end season party! They are always on time for set up and genuinely do a great job. Year 3 we had some leaky tents but once I mentioned it the tents have been great moving forward! We will continue to use Shaw Tents! Great service and reasonably priced! more

DO NOT USE TIHS COMPANY 10/17/2011

Poor customer service. Took payment for a large corporate volunteer event and did not show up with tents, tables, chairs and equipment. They did not even call to let us know that their driver did not show up and they had a truck breakdown. (The 5 rating is from the owner, so don't believe that this is company has even close to a 4 star ranking.) more

STAY AWAY!!!!! 10/10/2011

The customer service and communication is REALLY bad! They showed up on my door step ready to deliver and I was just calling around for prices. I had used them one time before the equipment was warn and out dated. The pictures on thier web page is NOT what you are getting. Shop around before using this one. REALLY those people are clueless. Too bad I have to rate them. I wouldn't give any stars. more
