I joined the Shape Xpress in Schaumburg, Il 4 1/2 months ago...Believing it was going to be around...Boy was I surprised when I went their this am 1/2/07 to find it empty...No warning it was closing down.Nancy who owned the place Kept stating all was fine to her employee and they were Not closing...Guess she was Not Honest with them either. Went by the place Sunday and all looked as it always did...but this morning there was the Note stating they closed.
I don't believe that was fair to her clientel to just up and close the doors...also putting on the note to call two other locations to continue membership...both of which are 45min. Plus from my home...I joined that particular one for conviences/location. If I wanted to drive 45 min. plus away I would have joined one that far away.
I don't recomend Shape Xpress to anyone...If this one did this what stops one of the other ones to due the same.
