Chinese food is at its finest here at the Shanghai River. There one will find wonderful service from the owners and staff. They have always been very kind and good to us. There is always someone at the door ready to seat you. I have never ever had to wait to be seated. All of the waiters are kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great. There is a huge wooden mural on one side of the restaurant and nice glass, mirrors all around.
Food:
The food is superb. I usually always have a bowl of Egg-Drop Soup, Sweet & Sour Chicken with steamed white rice. It is wonderful and mouth watering. They have plenty to choose from. The deserts are wonderful too. The Sprite is wonderful. Either they make it there or it is Sprite with extra sugar and flavor. Wines and other fine beverages are available upon request.
The restrooms are clean and well kept. The door hardware is great. If one ends up going there as much as I do, one might become very good friends with the management and staff. The party room is great for receptions or business meetings.
