I feel fortunate to find your web site on line. I couldn't find a repairman to fix my Juki's needle threader but found the part on your site along with a light bulb and more bobbins. Didn't know the fix would be so easy. The site was easy to order from and I received my parts within a week, all of which fit. I have sent your site to a friend and my sister who both sew. Thank you. Very quick ship time 9/25/2010

Very quick ship time....had a feed dog for my old machine and I'm thrilled. Very helpful customer care and they were interested enough to tell me to let them know if the part I ordered worked for my machine, even though it didn't state it did. Will definitely buy my parts for my old and new machine here :D more

I got tired of breaking buttons when I used my machine to sew them on 7/1/2010

I got tired of breaking buttons when I used my machine to sew them on. I searched the internet for Bernina #18 pressure foot for sewing on buttons. All I could find were feet that were "compatible with" a Bernina. They appeared to be all metal in the photo images. I found that SewingPartsOnline.com carried the Bernina foot. The Bernina foot has what appear to be rubber "bumpers" to grip the button and keep it from moving. Although the price was more than I wanted to pay, it is genuine Bernina and the price is in line with what Bernina pressure feet cost. I ordered the pressure foot at 9:06 pm Sunday night and UPS just delivered it to me at 11:00 am Thursday morning. Best part: Had I bought it at the Bernina dealer for the same price I would have had to pay $4.50 tax plus a 40 mile round-trip to the store. I only paid $2.73 in shipping and no tax and no 2 gallons of gas to get to the dealer.f I was amazed at the inventory this site has. I have bookmarked the site for future needs. more

Stellar product and customer service 5/15/2010

I purchased a high-shank, open toe darning foot for my Juki TL98-Q and the foot is better than in the photo. Larger than I anticipated, it allows for a great view of my stitching. The edges of the foot are curved from the inside to the outside edges so it floats beautifully over the quilt sandwich. The seller, Sewing Parts Online, has always responded promptly to any of my questions. Furthermore, their shipping was both fast and perfect to keep the foot from being damaged en route.
