Great customer service! 6/1/2011

I have a very old International machine (from the 1940s). It works well, but after so long the belts have finally begun to wear out. I don't know what any of the parts are called so ordering replacements is very hard. The representatives at Sewing Parts Online have been extremely helpful in identifying what the parts are and pointing me to them on the website. (Other vendors have simply said they can't help me and have ended the conversation then and there!) I will continue to do business with Sewing Parts Online - they really do care about service and great interaction with their customers! more

Quick Response 5/9/2011

I originally ordered two of the same item. When it arrived there was only one in the box. I called the customer service and I was met with friendly service. They didn't give me a hard time. She apologized and sent out the other part the same day. I received it in a few days. I appreciate a company that does it right the first time BUT I really appreciate and respect a company that will quickly admit a mistake and respond quickly to resolve it. I will definitely use SPO again for my future sewing machine needs. more

Singer and Sears online don't have parts listings for my 5050C. The local dealer who wanted $100 just to check it did not have parts in stock. SewingPartsOnline had ALL five odd parts I needed and I received them by USPS in two days! Way to go, guys! Thanks more

I found the website very easy no navigate. I sent an email to customer service inquiring about some parts, it was promptly responded. Once I made my order, my package arrived on time and completed. All in one box, not different boxes like many wasteful companies. more

Very pleasant and positive experience dealing with SewingpartsOnline.com. I was looking for part to an older Serger model. One od the part #'s did not match so I emailed the company. I received a helpful reply post haste. Was told to order it and send it back if it did not fit with no drawbacks. Fortunately the part did match my broken one and it works perfectly. I ordered several parts, they all arrived before expected in perfect condition. Parts were easy to find on the website. Free shipping too [on$75 or over]. Good Company. more

What a surprise 4/8/2011

I had no idea older sewing machine parts were available. I had checked other sites and found them to be either too high or a bit untrustworthy. Sewing parts online had what I needed, made sure it was the right part that I needed, delivered it in a timely fashion and the price could not be beat! I am new to sewing and will be ordering any future accessories/parts from here. Quick, affordable and reliable service, what else could you ask for? more

I called today in reference to a part that I received from Sears Parts. I spoke to Jenny in customer service and she directed me to the source that I could get the information I required. She went out of her way when I wasn't even a customer with this company. Any time I need parts now I will go to Sewing Parts Online. Thank you again Jenny more

No Hassle Return Policy 3/9/2011

Not sure how the No Hassle Return Policy works because I did not need a refund. Hard drive arrived earlier than expected, husband installed it the same day, saved $500.00 and my Babylock Embroiderly machine is good as Gold!!! If I need any sewing parts in the future, I would use www.sewingpartsonline.com again in a heartbeat. more
