Nice place. I really like it. My favorite restaurant in Denver!

Worst

The food was terrible and overpriced. The service was mediocre at best. We waited over five minutes for our drinks with on even a third of the resteraunt full, and the food runn...

Best neighborhood restaurant EVER 11/25/2006

From the amazing bar staff to the wonderful and personable mangers and owner, I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been a regular for SO long and don't plan on stopping! They have amazing happy hour specials and its a great place for a date night! Can't say enough good things about this place. The person who reviewed this place bad, must have it confused with somewhere else! Also a GREAT girls evening out place! Pros: Everything! Price, food, staff Cons: NOTHING to complain about here! more

DATE SPOT 11/3/2006

This quaint little spot on So. University is a great ""date night"" spot for Mr & Mrs Food Snob. Last visit, the tomato basil soup, crab and lobster wontons and the lightly breaded and pan seared Talapia was just right. This place is an easy stop for a quiet, romantic, light, neighborhood meal with your best friend. The best restaurant in town 2/21/2006

I have been eating at this cozy neighborhood bistro for years and have never had anything but great food and service. There is always plenty of on street parking in the neighborhood, The prices are great and the portions are big. Bonnie Brae is lucky to have this non-chain gem in the neighborhood. This place was horrible! 1/26/2006

I came here on a Sunday morning for brunch with my boyfriend. Well we were seated promptly, but that's where all the good things ended. Our waiter was a complete idiot, and after waiting for 15 minutes for drinks, we were heated. The owner was walking around talking to every table, but skipped over ours. I think he knew that we were upset, but he didn't seem to care. It took 20 minutes to get our bill, and we wanted to walk out without paying because it wasn't even worth 2 cents. Our waiter did not get tipped, and I put my words in with the owner before we left. Quiet Evening 2/13/2004

Great place for parents to come with or without the kids and have a friendly, quiet (really!), classy meal in a pleasant atmosphere for a reasonable price. Very Bonnie Brae but not too much of Wash Park. Food is ""ok"" but has improved since their newest chef a couple of years back. They have dinner specials that are quite tasty - I always ask the server what they recommend and I've never been disappointed! Pros: lots of space, good value for price, variety of people Cons: parking can be tight, can get a little loud more

great neighboorhood joint 11/13/2002

Its hard to find small, family owned, non-chain restaurants in Denver, but this is one of them. They have great brunch, and try cosmo night on Wendesdays. This is a great happy hour place that no one seems to know about. more
