This is a long-established business, so I called them first. I needed to replace my leaking water heater, and they offer nothing more than the basic 6-year warranty water heaters, and were not particularly helpful when I inquired about a water heater that qualified for a PUD rebate. They did offer an extended warranty if I purchased a water heater, but I wanted a heater that was a better unit from the start instead of a extra warranty on a basic heater. They could not meet my needs and did not get my business. more
