problematic technician 7/7/2011

We have been satisfied w/ service champions until recently. The technician lied to cover his mistakes (probably b/c they were serious enough to get him in big trouble) and we had to fight to get the problem resolved. We were satisfied and impressed with the other technicians they sent afterwards. The first technician may have been skilled but everyone makes mistakes and I wish he was able to be honest about it. Out of the many technicians & contractors for different services we've worked with, this was one of the most stressful. I think this is a decent company overall but unfortunately, one guy can hurt their reputation. more
