This happens to be, by far, the best Sephora in Southern California - and I've been to all but one of them. Since this Sephora is larger, they seem to carry everything the others don't. I must admit that sometimes finding a staff member can be a hassle, but I appreciate that they're not pushy like in department stores. Sephora has a good return policy and, depending on the product, gives free samples.
Pros: easy to find, variety
Cons: not the best lighting, where's the staff?, often empty testers
