Selena's New Age Psychic Shop

Hi, first of all....although i always read reviews before anything i do I didn't take the time to do it before visiting New Age Shop. my friend and i decided to pop in just for fun...well actually, my friend really did have an issue and thought perhaps she could get some insight from a psychic, especially a ""professional one"". \r Serena at first seems like a very honest, fun caring individual... My friend saw her especially bc of Serena's good fees, figured she had nothing to lose. I don't know if it was because my friend had never seen a pyschic before or what, but when she left Serena she was absolutely amazed of her services. My friend said that Serena explained exactly what kind of person she was and even said the exact name of someone very close to her!! Now that even freaked me out! \r \r Serena seemed so very real to my friend that she offered to do special services for her for the duration of 3 days and it would, of course, cost my friend quite a few hundred dollars. Well my friend almost gave her the money because Serena seemed so honest and convincing and had left my friend thinking that if she didn't have these ""services done for her"" that she would never find true happiness.\r \r Fortunately, I went in to see Serena as well. It turns out that Serena told me THE EXACT SAME THING!!!! that she had told my friend! I MEAN THE EXACT SAME THINGS...all but two little things differently because my friend and I shared our reading with each other to compare. \r \r Serena was all wrong when it came to my reading...seriously wrong but i could tell that she was waiting for me to agree with her and would constantly change the subject to her personal stories when she saw that I was not responding to her.\r \r My friend and I both then read the reviews and completely understood what everyone else read.\r \r I am sorry if this sounds a bit off, but this is actually the first review I have ever written for anything. I just felt that I HAD TO WARN YOU!! she is a fake...I am not upset with her because I knew she was a fake the minute I sat down with her..but i do feel bad for my friend...who went to her with a serious issue and Serena left her feeling as if my friend was at fault and therefore needed more of her services. \r \r oh and by the way, Serena also did EVERYTHING a psychic shouldn't do according to other reviews:\r \r Be your friend--or tell you to be friends.\r offer to light a candle for you on her own time\r talk about her own personal life (which OMG did she ever! woman would not stop talking about herself when she saw that she was way off with her reading!!!!)\r \r Good luck and God bless. more

Serena is a very dishonest person. She said she was going to be available on the 23rd of August. I called her every day for 2 weeks about a very urgent manor, left 2 messages stressing that she call back, and still nothing. I call today from a different number and she faked a sick voice and then said it wasn't her on the phone, when clearly I recognized her voice (I've herd everyone else's voices whom works there!), she said that Serena was in Canada and wont be back for 2 more weeks!! I cannot believe how many chances I have given her to make right the issue that we have, and she treats me like this!! I'll see you in Court Serena! Keith Serena strongly willed me into giving her $3,600 4 years ago with the promise to cleanse it and give it back so I could start my business with clear conscious. She wanted me to give her $9,600 but I told her I didn't have that much- she convinced me to do it because her other customers have given her tens of thousands of dollars and that if I could follow her instructions I could start on my own with 'clean money'. Well the numbers never seemed worked out wrong October is a bad month to give money back and now 4 years later I am still out of luck. I filed a police report in September of 2008 with the BPD to warn others of the kind of Fraudulent action becomes these predators. This set me back big time and I went into debt to try to recover and get a new job- She sent me incense and we spoke on the phone many times every time I brought up the money she acted defensive and said it wasn't ready or in time when I got my self in balance I could have it back when she promised me in the beginning it would be returned within a few weeks. Now my calls are avoided and I have no choice but to ask nicely one more time before I file with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, City of Boston Consumer affairs and Licensing Dept., Report to the IRS, take her to small claims court and comment on every page negatively about the business- I just ask that people keep their word and now Fraud others when they are vulnerable. Serena might not be as truthful as she said she is. She might take your money and promise to bless it and then not return it or your phone calls. I want to believe that she is a truthful person but one should not trust based on a forced experience. Be Very Wary! more
