After living with roommates for years, I am finally able to support myself financially so I wanted to rent a place all to my own. I went to Select Living Management and I had a great experience because they showed me the ropes of moving into my first rental property. They assisted me from the beginning with the paperwork to the showings to the moving in process. Everything was explained clearly and I know what I am responsible for and what I can request to be taken care of. Happy to move in to my new place in just a few short days. more

They've been taking care of my property for many years. I pay a reasonable fee for service that is there when I need it, and all the behind the scenes things I don't have to deal with anymore. If I had more properties I would not hesitate to have them manage those too. more

Select Living has managed my cherished property with care and concern since 2004, when I moved for a job. They have kept me informed, kept the house in excellent condition, and managed all aspects of keeping both myself and the renters happy for the past 8 years. They have never been anything but honest, consistent, fair, and professional and a great load of fun to work with. In truth, they’ve often gone far beyond the call of duty. more

I've been a tenant in an apartment managed by SLM for over two years now. I own a Hair Salon/Gallery in town and the location was perfect for me. I really can't say enough about how wonderful it is to rent from SLM. The property manager and maintenance crew go out of their way to make sure you're happy and taken care of. If you're looking for a perfect central location and helpful landlords, look no further! more

Select Living takes the stress out of a rental-owner's life. They are there for all problems that occur... and all that for a reasonable fee. They have taken care of our property for over 20 years. Tenants have been found quickly and solutions to concerns addressed immediately. We only wish we had other properties for them to handle. more
