The cheaper L'espalier 4/15/2006

Owned by the same people, Sel De La Terre is a large waterfront restaurant. The food's expensive, but not nearly as crazy as L'espalier. Try the rosemary fries, they're a must. They food's good, basically you get what you pay for. The bread is very good. The service is good. Definitely worth a try. more

Excellent Dining Experience 1/13/2006

Sel de la Terre stay nestled in between the North End and the financial district amongst the construction disrupting the area. This restaurant serves up excellent French inspired cuisine for lunch and dinner. They also have an extensive wine list and a knowledgable staff that helps patrons pick out an appropriate bottle. Dinners are not too expensive and the fresh-baked bread here is worth its weight in gold. An excellent Boston value. more
