On January 9 of this year I had a new Craftsman Garage door opener model 139.54985 installed by Sears, since that time top center rail bracket has never been correct, it makes a horrid loud sound with vibration in which you would think the entire unit is going to crash to the ground. I ask if he the manage could call me by the next day (as I was told he was too busy to talk with me at that time). Well the next day when I did not receive a call, I re-contacted the office, I explained the situation (again!), and was told the manager was not available, but would call me.
