I would like to thank Mike Y. for his most professional service. Mike went the extra mile to ensure the best possible service. As a property manager I have some tough jobs and Mike always saves the carpet if at all possible. Again Mike is a most courteous professional and another job well done. more

I had my carpets cleaned by Jake and Max of Sears in Pittsburgh, Pa. They were very professional and explained every part of the process and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They got out several years old stain. more

Sears carpet shampooing 12/12/2016

Professional crew, called and showed up on time, maybe even a little early. Greg talked to me and explained all of my options and prices before they started. The crew worked fast and kept the place clean. They said hi to the dogs and kids and that was also friendly and nice. They did multiple areas around the house and were finished before I knew it with a clean and thorough job. I've called Sears before and I'll call them next time as well for his quality job. Dan W. and Larry S. did a GREAT job on some very old, pretty dirty carpets in a house with a challenging layout and a bunch of stairs. They were careful, efficient, and very friendly. more

Andy & Adam did a very nice job of cleaning our 40 year old never-been-cleaned ductwork. They arrived on the front-side of the time window, having called before their arrival. They were very respectful, fast & efficient, and were sure to engage me in the entire process, so that I clearing understood what was being done, how and why. They did not make any mess, and what the little dust did stir up they were sure to vacuum thoroughly before they left. The project even came in a bit under the phone quote we received when we scheduled the work. Be sure to ask for Andy & Adam if you have occasion to use the Sears Clean services. more

Exceptional Service Sears Carpet and Upholstery Care 9/12/2016

Steve and Sean came to clean my carpets and upholstery. They arrived on time and gave a courtesy call 10 minutes prior to arrival. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I added an additional staircase and two rooms and they were perfectly fine with that. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. My carpets and upholstery look fabulous and my entire house smells fantastic. I highly recommend these two gentlemen for any of your carpet and/or upholstery needs. more
