Very Bad Experience, Did Brake work, change all four brake pad and resurface rotors.\r \r They did not do job correctly. started wired noise as soon as work was done. it took more then 5 trip to make it fix, and manager victor is very rude came late and no apologies. Manager John is very nice.\r \r never never never go to sears again. more

Bad Day at Sears 11/29/2008

I would not recommend going to this sears at all!!!. I went in for 4 new tires. I was told my car would be ready in about 2 hours. I went over to the mall to waste some time and came back 2 hours later and my car had not been started yet. It took well over 4 hours and the price was very high. I will never go here again more
