Sean responded promptly to a problem in my home. He was a pleasure to work with - reasonable, answered all questions thoroughly and his installation with same day. A relief to have it fixed quickly and so professionally. Would definitely recommend this guy and will use him in the future. more

Sean is a very professional contractor. I called Sean because I was having an emergency issue that needed to be resolved in my home. Not only did Sean get back to me right away, he came to my home right away which really calmed my nerves. Sean fixed the problem right away and provided very reasonable prices. I am blown away at times with the amount that contractors try to charge just because you live in a certain area. Sean really is professional and reliable (and he is quite charming too). I highly recommend Sean for residential and commercial work. more

Sean Black was referred from a friend. I checked out ServiceMagic reviews which were excellent but still, it is difficult to find someone you feel does NOT rip you off these days. Sean was fair, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable, thorough in explaining the process and stuck to his word. Very impressed - do not get fooled by the big outfits - this guy would win every time. more

Sean Black is a stand up guy. My neighbors, and relatives, have been using him for years. I have left Sean in my home for weeks at a time - completely trustworthy and reliable. Would recommend him to all! Sean is the epitome of what a contractor should be - hard worker, trustworthy, responsible and HONEST! Could not say enough great things. I even recommended him to my boss, who also had a great experience. more

Do not recommend this guy 11/16/2011

Started off great.Responded right away(last time that happened), and gave me a great price.He scheduled the job and I arranged to be off from work.He then cancelled for the scheduled day due to another job.Horrible responding to phone calls or emails regarding status and then weeks later sends me an email stating that he's decided not to proceed forward with my job. Completely unprofessional.I'm now left stranded after turning down other contractors.No idea why he cancelled.Can't seem to get him to respond to even explain. In my opinion, stay far far away from this guy." more
