Scott's Sheet Metal

My builder/architect recommended Scott's for the extrior metal work on my home. I apparently have tricky roof angles that called for an expert to ensure that there would not be any leaks. Scott was extremely professional and even modified some of the drawings based on his expertise. After a few meetings he submitted a bid that was very reasonable considering his reputation and the quality of his work. His men were prompt and knowledgable - working exactly when my building schedule called for the metal work. I love my home and the copper not only looks beautiful but performs perfectly. I have been in the HVAC business for about 10 years and through that time I have dealt with many different types of people. I made a call to Scott's Sheet Metal thinking that I would see if they could build a plenium for me. I am not from the area so I assumed when I found the number in the yellow pages saying (Sheet Metal) that they could help me. I talked to a man on the phone that was the rudest person that I have ever talked to. He preceeded to tell me that they didn't do small work like that and that they just done design. That's fine but as a person who does not know anything about your company I just was checking. The man was very short and acted like I was bothering him for even talking. He then hung up on me when I tried to ask another question. I thought did this really just happen! I called back but got no answer. I called back using my desk phone and he answered. I asked him if that was the way he treated all his customers and he told me to F___ off and hung up on me again. I assure you this is what happened. I would not have took the time to type this out of my busy schedule if this man wasn't a world class Pri_K! more
