Dr. Schwartz was very nice and through. However, I waited a very long time and her staff is terrible. They do not follow up with you on test results so expect to call them numerous times before you can get the results. They are also rude. Unfortunately, for this reason I will not be returing to see Dr. Schwartz. more

Rude Doctor. LIfe is too short!!! She is notorious for overbooking appointments and my waiting room times ranged from 2-3 hours!! She rushes through with little or no regard for the patient. One would think that she just wants the insurance payment. Whatever you do, if you have a question, get over it! If you dare to call her, be prepared for an angry telephone tirade about how she doesn't have time for you. Memorial Dermatology is a much better place! Doctors trained in THIS century, courteous and professional staff and wait time of 15 mins. more

Dr Schwartz is worth the wait. She is very thorough. I have been a patient for about 26 years and I usually wait, sometimes longer than others. Totally trust her and she spends the necessary time. One time I mentioned the wait and she explained about being thorough. She told me about finding a melanoma on the bottom of a patients( young child) foot, between the toes.I am pretty sure that many doctors would have missed that. I understand the frustration of the people to talk about the waiting time. I've spent plenty of time waiting, too. I've even been present when someone walked out during a long wait. However, everything has a price, and the price of seeing Dr. Schwartz is the wait. No problem. She's worth it. Pros: null Cons: null more

I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and15 minutes before being called into a "small" room. The assistant told me I would be moved to a "bigger" room once one was available. I let her know I was not very happy with the wait and she "understood". 15 minutes later she told me I was being moved into the bigger room, when I asked how much longer would it be, she said probably at least another 15 minutes or so. I told her I could not wait any longer and that my time was just as valuable as theirs. more

I took my child to his pediatrician several times for his very allergic skin with no success at treatment. He then suggested that I see Dr. Schwartz, who happens to be an amazing Doctor! I called her office for an appointment. Her staff was very kind. They were able to fit my son in to see Dr. Schwartz the same day. Dr. Schwartz took one look at his rash and immediatly gave me a diagnosis..Here a few weeks later, my child rash is clear. I would recommend her any day.? I've visited Dr. Schwartz several times after bouncing around at other doctors offices with wrong diagnosis. She quickly spotted my problem, diagnosed me, and provided quick treatment. She gives 100% with each doctor appoint, she listens carefully, she concentrates on every question. Pros: She's a specialist and finds many issues that others don't Cons: The wait--be prepared--but she's well worth it more

while in college i developed a strange and painful rash on my back. I went to go see a dermatologist in the city in which I was studying. He said it was acne and prescribed the usual stuff. After it became worse and more painful, I went to a different doctor hoping for a better diagnosis. Three doctors later I was still in pain and had 3 sets of the same meds. I was floored by the rudeness of the staff and their blatant disregard and disrespect of the patients' time. The woman who answered the phone when I called to make the appointment was short, terse, and rude. I waited for almost 2 hours, asking 3 times for an estimate of the continued wait time. Two of the women on staff behaved as if I had no reason to be asking, reclining in their office chairs while lecturing me on Dr. Schwartz's level of patient care, that she "took as much time as needed and will for you too." They told me she was performing surgical procedures between patient visits. When I asked why they over booked patients, they rolled their eyes at me. I finally left without being called into an examination room. If I had stayed and been called into an examination room, I would have waited another hour in the exam room, as all exam rooms were all full of patients that had waited even longer than myself. In the 2 hours I waited, I listened repeatedly to the woman answering the phone be rude to person after person over the phone. Too bad the staff isn't as consciencence about patient care as they seem to think the doctor is. The only message I received from this doctor and her staff is "your time isn't as valuable as mine" and that kind of arrogance doesn't belong in health care. Cons: Rude staff and unbelievable wait time more
