Service call 8/8/2014

Less expensive that James Motor. But I went in for a service, it was estimated to cost $150. The actual final cost was $ 675! I am fortunate that I am able to pay for this expense. On the plus side, the guys are really nice and the work was done quickly. more

Great Experience at Scheller! 6/2/2014

Had a problem with a belt snapping on my Range Rover and called Scheller. They squeezed me in to take a look, had all the problems identified the next day and called to discuss. I ok'd everything and the truck was ready the next day, including a new exhaust bolted up. From now on this truck will go to Scheller if I can't handle it myself. more

Disappointed 5/21/2014

I have a Mini and thought that getting an oil change in town would be less hassle then driving to Louisville to the dealership for my free oil change. Vehicle was not ready when I went to pick it up and charge for oil change was over $100. I should have driven to the dealership. more

Alignment Issue after tow 5/8/2014

Had a drink ion tensioner pulley seize and was flatbed towed by TNT. Three weeks layer the bolt that holds the same pulley snapped and vehicle was again towed by TNT, buy not by a flatbed. When I received the vehicle back the front end was out of alignment. Brought it in to local shop and they confirmed considerable alignment issues with both front wheels... more
