This was my first visit but I have to say they are very professional and explain things that are needed and are fair in their pricing. I took my 2010 Range Rover there and they did a good, thorough job with their service at a major savings to what Land Rover Charges. Thanks. more

It was easy to make an appointment. They were efficient and competed repairs in a timely fashion and the cost was better than at the dealership. The only thing I would recommend is to supply coffee to your customers. more

They didn't fix my problem 12/1/2014

RPMs weren't stable in my 2006 BMW 330i. Did about $1300 worth of work and only made the problem worse. more

Shady and questionable. 11/29/2014

Called early in the week and given a price for an oil change and told to bring it in in the morning of Friday. When I brought it in I also told them which sensor needed to be replaced. Later I got a call telling me the oil change will be $60 more and that they already did it and that no one that worked there quoted me the original price. On top of that the sensor was not replaced but I was being charged $89 just so they could tell me it needed to be replaced. Even after I had told them upon drop off exactly which one needed to be replaced. To top it off when picking up the car I noticed a nice oily dirt hand print left on the hood. If you uses the my advice would be write down names of those you talk to and be very specific. more

Good mechanics 11/26/2014

You have my odometer reading at 80,125 and as of right now it's only 78,286 and I just returned from Gtown. I was somewhat disappointed when I was told that I had an oil leak and you made such repairs, but after checking the garage floor there is absolutely no evidence of even a single drop of oil or any other fluids for that matter. more
