It's funny, I have been wanting to write a letter to the owners and managers to let them know that I was very unhappy with their customer service and how my pets have been taken care of the last few times they have been boarded there. The gentleman at the front desk (owner/manager) is extremely rude. I felt like I should run away with ""my tail between my legs."" He makes extremely rude comments letting you know you are a ""bother"" to him. I, like an earlier person said, took my loved ones in and as usual, informed them AGAIN that one of my dogs chews his paws when he is stressed to a point of bleeding. For this reason, I ALWAYS take him in LARGE chew snacks, as well as his favorite toys. This last time when I picked up my loved one-they gave me his bags of goodies and THERE WEREN'T ANY MISSING OR ANY CHEW MARKS ON THE CHEW SNACKS!!!!!! Hello, what didn't they understand. I REMIND them EVERYTIME that he NEEDS these distractions - but they BLEW ME OFF!!!!! I also am looking for a new second home for my loved ones. Customer service and pet care leave alot to be desired now with this kennel. I realize also that it is hard to control fleas, but my loved ones spent 2 days there and came home covered in them. My cats now have fleas and after 3 months, I am STILL try to get rid of them in my home. To say the least, I also NO LONGER RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!! Before you use this kennel, PLEASE pay them an unnounced visit, so you FEEL comfortable that you can trust them.
