Savannah Apartments

Living here the past 2 years has been an awful experience. The management, Marcy Cabellero is very rude, dishonest and has lied to me to my face.\r \r My car has been broken into as have several other vehicles and when I called the police and told them it was at the Savannah Apartments, they were not surprised. \r \r They just starting fixing the roofs on the apartments after several months of people getting rained on. \r \r Capricious. You never know what to expect from management which is hostile, to Blacks in particular. more

I have lived at the Savannah for two years and new management took over the apartments recently. Since the new management, these apartments have become horrible. The new office workers Marcy and Karla Loayzat are very rude. When I have a complaint and request the assistance of the owner they refuse to give me that information. \r \r The parking lot is full of potholes, the security gates are always broken, and cars get broken into every month. In May 2007 three cars got broken into in one night. I told the office workers about the cars getting broken into and they said there was nothing that they could do about it. They showed no sympathy at all.\r \r Recently they told me that they would not renew my lease simply because of the complaints that I have made, I am a single-parent with a seven-year old daughter, and this was totally unfair. \r \r They have several illegal immigrants living in the apartments and all the office workers are Hispanic. I believe that the staff members here at Savannah don't care about black people.\r \r If you are looking for a new apartment, DO NOT GO TO THE SAVANNAH because they do not care about their residents especially if they are black or white.
