Dr. Sander is the best dermatologist I have seen in Austin. He was patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot!) and he and his office staff was also very timely and orderly. I was in and out in under an hour. Very nice, friendly place to go. I would high recommend them. more

I was a patient of Dr. Sander's for about 2 years. Dr. Sander himself is a nice doctor, and I had no problem with him. The problem is with his office staff and their policies. Their administrative staff is often rude and inconsiderate. When my husband and I had to change dermatologists as a result of a change in our insurance provider, I requested a copy of our medical records. I was told that they would charge me $25 EACH to give us copies of OUR records... for services that WE paid for. This is definitely out of the norm from the dozens of other doctors that we have seen over the years. So I would definitely recommend that you find a dermatologist whose office staff is cordial and professional, and whose office policies do not punish the very people who give them their business - THE PATIENTS!
