If you're poor, one of the best places to hang out is the Library. It's clean and airconditioned with nice bathrooms. You can do free internet all day (which is why terrorists like libraries so much) and best of all, you can take out movies and CDs for free! If you don't like the selection, come back in a day or two because everything will be different as all stuff on the shelves gets checked out and the stuff that's checked out gets shelved. You could never watch all the good movies they have here. If you can be half-way responsible and return them in time, this is the best entertainment deal going. They have every new magazine you ever wanted to read. Oh, and they have books at the library too… more

Comprehensive set of resources 4/8/2006

The San Francisco Main Library offers a great number of resources. The librarians are very knowledgeable, and the setting offers a great number of resources. The library offers a number of study locations, and also a number of computer terminals, if you want to do research, or just waste a couple of hours. Located near by transportation, and open throughout the week, it's a great place to spend if your in the area. more

S F City & County Libraries 3/28/2006

If you cannot find a specific book or atricle, then look no further. You will find everything you need at this library. It is huge and offers so many books and srticles that you are bound to find everything that you are looking for. They also hav a wonderful computer area. many computers and very well taken care of. i like the children's room the best. They offer books and games to keep any child busy. Its an excellent place.The only thing is that parking is very difficult. But it is close to public tansportation. more
