If you're poor, one of the best places to hang out is the Library. It's clean and airconditioned with nice bathrooms. You can do free internet all day (which is why terrorists like libraries so much) and best of all, you can take out movies and CDs for free! If you don't like the selection, come back in a day or two because everything will be different as all stuff on the shelves gets checked out and the stuff that's checked out gets shelved. You could never watch all the good movies they have here. If you can be half-way responsible and return them in time, this is the best entertainment deal going. They have every new magazine you ever wanted to read. Oh, and they have books at the library too…
