Terrible plumber...charged us $225 for a issue he didn't fix....three months later when we found that the toilet was still leaking, they refused to fix their mistake. I will never use again more

Horrendous service. Right from the start it seemed as though they were trying to upsell. As soon as they walked in the bathroom door before they even got to the sink they started saying ?oh this pipe could be a problem?. How could you make a statement like that and you haven?t even gotten to the problem yet. more

Terrible service 5/7/2011

I'd used them years before, but was reluctant to do so again because their plumber turned the water back on without sealing off a water pipe he'd cut. The result, a waterfall from my second floor to my basement. To top this off, they were rude when I asked them to take an amount off my bill for the damage. more
