remember what they say about you get what you paid for? Well that really holds true here. While the prices are inexpensive the service is horrible, the customer service is non-existent. I ordered uniforms from here and they shipped thru fed ex but basically doesnt require fedex to get a signature and fed ex does what they do and left the package at the door of an apartment complex. Well needless to say when I got home there was no package. Called the company, their attitude was well go around to your neighbors and see if they picked up your package from in front of your door. So after calling back to speak to a manager. Spoke toEmily most passive aggressive person I have talked to yet. Emily's solution to the problem is to call FedEx and lets see what they say. In the mean time they have my money I have no uniforms and start my new job in less than a week. Well one reason I went with this company despite their overcharging you on shipping is their proximity to me I am in CA and they are in NV. Well no their promise of 5-7 days to get your order (except on weekends) is looking to take about two weeks. So I figure they will own up and reship my order? Heck no, they want to make me wait til they file a claim with Fedex ""Hey, lets see if the Fedex driver stayed around to watch and see who would pickup the package he left at the front door"" eventually I would get my money back since I now have to go out into the expensive local uniform shops and find uniforms in less than 4 days. And even though their FAQS say they dont ship on weekends? Well guess when my package was left for anyone to pick up? Yep on a Saturday, thats not a weekday!\r

And while I do understand that fedex is the one that left the package at the door..it is the merchants that weigh the odds of the package coming up missing vs. the percentage that dont. Bottom line is if you need something in a hurry, or expect to be treated as a customer rather than a nuisance then Do NOT shop HERE!
Pros: prices are great. chances of you actually getting your stuff is slim.
Cons: poor customer service. Refuse to admit fault.
