Very Happy With Saltzer Services 6/5/2012

I have been pleased with Saltzer services. I have been a patient here for 15 years and have always received excellent care. Our pediatrician is Dr. Aguilar, but we've also seen Dr. Davidson, Dr. Schelhaas, Dr. Johnson and Dr. Andrew and have been pleased with all of them. more

Pros and Cons 4/7/2006

I’ve not had any major issues with Saltzer Medical Group (or SMG). I’ve been very happy with my pediatrician and the family doctor I have used there. Their lab is very efficient, get you in and out quickly. Sometimes their billing can be very, very slow (once it took over a year to get a bill). Their quickcare is usually anything but quick, but when you need a doctor on Saturday, it’s the only place around to go. more

I AM NOT GOING TO SPEAK ON BEHALF OF THE DOCTORS AND PHYSCIANS IN THIS MEDICAL GROUP BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BILLING AND THEY WAY THEY RUN THE SHOW. IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND HAVE INSURANCE DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE BILLING SYSTEM IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO ACTULLY GET THEM TO BILL YOU INSURANCE. IF YOU ARE DOUBBLE INSURED DON'T EXPECT TO GET THEM TO BILL SECONDARY AT ALL. THEY HAVE THE WORST RECORD SAVINGS SERVICE AND HAVE SERIOUS EMPLOYMENT ISSUES. more
