If there was an option to give no stars I would go with that!! I went in to get my highlights touched up and a trim and the girl that did it apparently misunderstood me and bleached the life out of my whole crown. It ended up brassy and orange looking. TOTALLY FRIED!!! I was disgusted and made them weave in some darker blonde. After being there for 5 and a half hours they still had the nerve to charge me $110 dollars. I WAS THERE ALL DAY!!! I just wanted to get out of there. The owner of the salon had the nerve to look me in the eyes and tell me she thought it looked beautiful and would only give me $20 back. I've shown pictures to 3 other hairdressers and they can't believe they actually made me pay for this!!! NEVER GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Instead spend your money more wisely and go to the JAGGED EDGE IN DRAPER OR DOWNTOWN!!! ON top of that they didn't even trim my hair and they charged me $25 for a hair cut too! I can't look at my hair without crying!
