Jackie and Salon 7000 Rock!!! 3/10/2009

I finally was able to track down Jackie to her new salon she was bragging about. I can tell you that this is the ONLY place I will go to get my (and my family's) hair done. A real salon... Finally. Frank is Incredible 3/8/2009

Every time that I have moved to a new city I have gone through the painful search for a new stylist, especially because I am incredibly picky about who cuts my hair. After moving here from Boston a year and a half ago and trying multiple salons, I came upon Salon 7000. The staff is all friendly and the products that they stock are great. I have seen Frank every time that I have been there and he does a fantastic job. Not only does he help out exploring options of style and length, he takes the time to really understand what you want. I have very curly, thick, and coarse hair which can be very difficult and I have been more than pleased with the results that Frank has produced. His cuts not only look good out the door but grow out well. In addition to being an incredible stylist, he has a great personality and is a pleasure to talk. I have been wanting my hair cut a certain way for awhile, but have not been able to find a stylist that would or could do it for me. That is until I went to Jackie at Salon 7000. She was very pleasant to speak with and actually cut my hair the way I wanted it. Thanks! more

I have been to Salon 7000 a few times and absolutely love it. It is a reasonably priced salon with the best hair stylists. Andrea is the best and my favorite! She always provides me with the best service and the perfect look EVERY TIME!!! If you're looking for a new salon this is the place for you! All of the stylists are very talented and extremely friendly. Every visit at Salon 7000 has been a great experience and I will definitely continue to go to this awesome salon!! Very talented staff 2/25/2009

I went to Salon 7000 for the first time this week and got a highlight and cut by Frank and I absolutely loved it. I have gone through many hairstylists in the Phoenix area and have never found someone as talented as Frank. All his years of experience show through his product. All the staff at Salon 7000 was very friendly and accommodating, I was very impressed. In some salons around the Valley I have noticed the trend of stuck-up hair stylist that think they are better than you but I did not find that with anyone I encountered at the salon. Very good experience overall. more

Frank did such a great job! It was so refreshing to finally meet someone who not only listens, but actually understand what I'm looking for. Frank's Work is Star Quality 2/22/2009

I have been going to Salon 7000 for a couple of years, because everyone who has ever cut my hair at the salon does excellent work. But... My first appointment with Frank was last week, and he did such an amazing job that I had to write a review about it. I walked in for highlights, color, and a trim - and walked out looking like a movie star. His personality is just as awesome as his hair-styling skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hairstylist. He will treat you as an old friend and not just as a customer. And you will walk out happy, and feeling like a million bucks (after taxes)! I must add - I have never had so many complements from my coworkers... His skills really shine! I know there are people out there who have a hard time finding a stylist or a salon to stick with - but if you go here, you won't want to go anywhere else. Frank rocks!!! more

Frank - bringing his skills to the people 2/21/2009

I have been to many salons in Phoenix and have not had a cut as great as the one that I just got from Frank! He is both amiable and professional and carrying on a conversation with him does not seem to affect the quality of his work. I would recommend not only Frank but Salon 7000 to anyone who needs a haircut or is even slightly unsatisfied with their current stylist as Frank will make you wonder why you ever went anywhere else. Frank's a skilled stylist who fixed my bad haircut in mere minutes - just amazing... 2/7/2009

Recently moved here from the east coast -went some place else to get my hair cut prior to visiting Frank at Salon 7000. Needless to say I walked into Salon 7000 with probably one of the worst cuts of my life --walked out with one of the best. The man can cut hair, period. In a matter of minutes, with my curly hair still wet, I could see 100% improvement. Great hair cut, good prices, really cool people. As long as I'm in the area I'll be a loyal client, wish I had the foresight to have checked this site prior to my first experience. more

Amazing people!! 2/6/2009

I decided to try Salon 7000 on an impulse after reading some other reviews and will never go anywhere else as long as I am in Arizona. Melissa is the best and has a great attitude. I would go to anyone else. Everybody is awesome there and the mood is always upbeat. Go to Salon 7000 for a great haircut and great people!! more

FRANK is amazing! 2/5/2009

I went to Salon 7000 while I was visiting my mom in Tempe. I am very picky when it comes to my hair and after moving to NC, I was unable to find anyone that could meet my expectations. Frank was able to exceed my expectations. He knew exactly what I wanted and made me look fabulous! I can honestly say that I have never been happier with my hair. I will now be traveling across the US to get my hair done by Frank! more

I am fairly new to the area and this was my first time at the salon. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I got my hair cut by Frank, he listened to what I wanted and did a wonderful job. He has many years of experience and is very detail oriented and fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend him and this salon to others! more

I visited Frank at Salon 7000 on the recommendation of a friend. He is relatively new to Tempe but has been cutting hair for over 17 years in Manhattan, NY. I went in for cut and color. Frank is very professional, accomplished and fast, which I really appreciate. In addition, he was full of wonderful ideas to give me an updated and fresher look. He gave me highlights, low lights and a fabulous cut. I have received many compliments and my husband loved it! I loved my cut and color and I have already booked my next visit. I highly recommed Frank! Pros: Great cut and color. Easy location to get to. more

Christine is the best!!! 1/15/2009

I can't say anything about the stylists, but I have personally gone to the esthetician for about 5 years. Christine is FANTASTIC. People I know, and complete strangers, always compliment me on my eyebrows. If you need waxing or facials, I wouldn't trust anyone else. SHE IS THE BEST! ! ! ! ! ! ! Need to confirm prices posted on their website 1/8/2009

I went to Salon 7000 about a month ago. Got a cut from Andrea which was decent, but nothing to write home about. Be sure to call and double check their prices because on their website, it lists Andrea as a ""stylist"" as opposed to a ""senior stylist"" and their price list shows $35 for a ""stylist"" and $46 for a ""senior stylist."" After I got my haircut, I was charged $36 and change BUT only after getting the 20% ""new client discount."" It should have cost $28 for Andrea per the price list on their website with the new client discount, but I did not complain because I was expecting to pay $35 anyways. Overall, Salon 7000 is fine if you live nearby and it's convenient but not worth going out of your way for. more

Best Salon I've Been to In AZ!!! 1/8/2009

I moved here less than a year ago from out of State. I came across citysearch with lots of reviews, so I went and made an appointment with Andrea. She was amazing!! I am very particular about my hair cuts, she was attentive and LISTEN to what I wanted. She took her time to explain what she was doing during the entire time. It was reassuring to know that my hair cut was going to turn out the way I wanted it to (especially since I am a restaurant supervisor). I also saw Christine for a wax. She was professional and considerate of what ""look"" I wanted. She was excellent, usually I get people who either use too hot of a wax or not hot enough. She did a fantastic job of shaping my eyebrow!! Thank you both!! I look forward to seeing you both soon!!! Pros: Lots of Parking, Clean Facility, Began Appointment Early, Friendly Staff, Great Results Cons: Not one I can think of!! more

Best hair cut ever 11/26/2008

Today was my first visit to Salon 7000, I walked in around 10:00 am looking for a haircut. They were able to fit me in later in the day. Every person in the salon was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is really mellow and NO Christmas or elevator music. My now and forever stylist is Marci. She listened to my concerns and helped me decide the best cut for my face. I love it! Marci is super, she gave me a great scalp massage during the shampoo. I was apprehensive about the cut because I have naturally curly hair. Marci settled my nerves and boosted my confidence level 100% , especially while using the flat iron on my hair .The cut and style only took 30 minutes, and she didn't try to push the salon's products just for a sale. Pros: Clean, relaxed, tolerable noise level, next door to a lovely restaurant Cons: Parking lot surface is a little old more
