Great Service 11/8/2011

My daughter started going to this salon a few months ago, so I decided to try it. Booking the appointment was fast and easy - I could tell they wanted to accommodate my schedule as much as possible. Stephanie did my hair. She is very skilled and did a great job improving the look and feel of my over processed tresses... I plan to continue seeing Stephanie for a long time. more

steph does my hair exactly how i like it..she has the best peronality and is always willing to accompidate me into her sheduale. She does my color so well..I won't go to anyone but her every again..she is also great with cuts! she has transformed my hair from dry dead ends to healthy shinny locks! she has great customer service and the salon is soooo cute! I would recommend her to anyone! I really enjoy working with her I know anyone would!!!! more

Lyndsey is such a HAIR ANGEL she has saved my hair from some really bad color treatments and the pool!! she is always flexible with my schedule and meets all my hair needs. She is always giving me new products too that help keep my hair healthy.. I just love her!! If you need a new style or some help I highly recommend her!! more

Stephanie has saved my hair from bad haircuts from other salons and my bad dye jobs. I'm always extremely happy with my hair after she's done. And now i only trust her do my hair. She seems to know exactly what i mean when i describe a style or color. She also cuts my daughters hair. They love their haircuts every time. I always recommend Stephanie to anyone and everyone that needs their hair done! more

I have known Stephanie Post for twenty some odd years. I have let her do her magic to my very frizzy colored hair. She has not only saved my hair by showing me what products work best but she always lets me know what new treatments I would benefit from and which ones will not work. She has been a trusted friend and stylist and I would and have recommended her to anyone. more

AMAZING Stylist 9/7/2011

When you go, ask for Lyndsey. She has been cutting my hair for quite some time, and I absolutely love it! She is professional, friendly, and gives great advice on how to style your hair. She always makes sure that you are happy with the cut/color/style, and always does exactly what you ask for! I have very difficult hair, and usually leave most salons in tears. Not here!! Great salon, and even greater employee!! A+++ more

I've had Steph do my hair and nails for the past 2 yrs. She is wonderful her creativity and professionalism is the best. She actually listens to what you want and not just pretend too. I trust her enough to do my 8 yr old daughter as well. I recommend her to everyone who asks who does my nails or color.. more

So, check it out: the salon provides free service to those who write good reviews here. Savvy biz move, but unethical. Keep this in mind as you read raving reviews. Having said this, I thought they get the job done fine, hair-cut-vise. But recently I had a *great* haircut at another place and oh boy, I will never be back at 7000. At the same time my friend, who goes to 7000, is very happy with a hairstylist Frank (but he never did cut my hair). more

Customer Service is from MARS! 6/10/2011

I read the reviews of the salon online and the website itself and thought I would give it a try for a manicure. In a nutshell, my experience was not so great. The girl at the front desk was abrupt and rather rude. There were 3 other stylists doing hair that day and I was pretty appalled at the content of their conversations. Because I was getting a mani, I could hear every thing they talked about and the talk was inappropriate for a salon setting. I was treating myself to some pampering, not attending taping of the Maury Povich show. So I thought. I felt like the nail tech was even embarrassed by the antics of her coworkers. The salon itself was...shabby. The website makes it look zen and sophisticated - beware! Looks can be deceiving. It was anything but. more

Not sure about this place 6/4/2011

Since I have just moved to east valley I have been trying salons left and right to find someone to cut my tricky hair. I was hoping I could get my weird haircut from Pink salon Fixed here, but it is only a touch better. Well now I just have to wait for my hair to grow little. more

Never going back again 5/22/2011

I really wanted to like my hair cut, but Salon 7000 BUTCHERED my hair. The day after, two people asked what happened to my hair. Also, I find it unethical that they are bribing their clients with a free service if they write up good reviews. So disappointed with my haircut that with anyone who asks, I'm now saying Salon 7000 in Tempe BUTCHERED my hair! Stylists need to stop using the thinning shears and learn the art of how to cut with real scissors! more

Frank is Phenomenal! 2/14/2011

This salon is great. I just moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a new hairstylist. At first, I was very hesitant to go to a new stylist, especially since I went to the same salon for 4 years in D.C., but then I had my haircut by Frank and he did a fabulous job! I would back to him anytime. I highly recommend him, especially for those new to Phoenix. Also, if you go to Frank, make sure you call in an advance, because he goes to New York every 6 weeks to service his clients back home. He is a gem and the salon offers great discounts, which definitely help during this recession. more

Toney understands hair! 12/20/2010

For the first time in YEARS I can wear my hair curly. Toney gave me a great style and cut. It's been quite a while since I've received this many compliments on my curly hair. And, Toney is an interesting person to talk with. His talk is as intelligent as his hair cutting. Color is next! more

Super service, super style! 12/16/2010

I visited Salon 7000 and Toney for the first time last night and am pleased to report that it was an excellent first-time experience. I went in to the salon looking for someone to make my hair look more natural and healthier. Toney understood exactly what I wanted and made me look and feel great! I've never had a dry cut before, but I am now a believer. Toney cut exactly the right amount off to leave my length but still get the unhealthy ends off and he nailed my color/highlights. In addition to all this, he is the first hairdresser who has EVER styled my hair the way I like it. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend the salon and Toney to others! more

I went to Salon 7000 for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. Melissa gave me the best haircut that I have had in years and did a fantastic job with highlights which is a challenge because of grey . Melissa asked me about my hair; what was my concern and what was I looking for. She really listened, but also gave me her expert opinion which I really appreciated. The salon has a wonderful, friendly, laidback atmosphere which I like. I have found the salon that I have been looking for and will continue to see Melissa for all my hair needs. more

I walked into Salon 7000 in desperation, with fuzzy, out of control hair.....the owner, Monica, immediately soothed my frazzled nerves and assured me they were there to help me. In fact, Melissa took me right away and, as we spoke, she said she had started to visualize a perfect cut for me....she was correct, this is one of the best haircuts I've ever had! more

Frank is aaaaaaaaawesome!!! 11/28/2010

I recently moved from Texas and I have always been very particular about who styles my hair. I had the same hairstylist for the past 18 yrs. I'm very skiptic and really don't believe what people say or in this case write, but since I'm new to this town, I had no choice but to believe what people had written about Salon 7000. Frank's curriculum was very impressive and immediately caught my attention. I made an appointment right away and as soon as I got there, they were very polite and professional. Frank is a sweetheart and extremely talented. He is a genious with the scissors. I have seen Frank 4 times since May this year and all I can say is that Frank ROCKS!!!!!!!! I'm so glad I found Frank and would never ever see anyone else but my Frank...I love you sweetie XOXO Karina Ortiz more

Great experience, in every way! 11/12/2010

I went into Salon 7000 for a serious hair-mergency. My locks were fried beyond belief, and not only did my stylist help to nurse my hair back to life and make it pretty again, all of the employees talked me through the stress that comes from a boxed-bleach drama. more
