I went to Salon 360 because my husband had purchased me a gift certificate for a massage, haircut and manicure. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the girl on the phone was very friendly. When I got to the salon, I was a bit disappointed in it's appearance. It did not appear very professional. I got my hair cut, and I was satisfied with the outcome. When I got my manicure done, it was another story. The girl tried to argue with me over my choice of nail polish, saying that SHE didn't like that color. She finally relented, but the work was shoddy at best. The next day my nail polish developed about two hundred little hairline cracks in it and had to be removed. All that time sitting in the chair for nothing.
