I chose Dr. Yana as my family doctor when I moved here from Ohio. The three times that I have been to her office, she has been nothing but rude. Once, she dismissed my medical problem as my imagination. I, later, had to be admitted to the hospital for the same problem. When I try and access my records from her staff, I am met with rudeness. Her staff doesn't fill out the records correctly either. My son has received his Hepatitis panel two times because they didn't write that he received it the first time. I am currently looking for another doctor and would not recommend this physician to anyone.
