If you are looking for someone to ruin your vacation, you have come to the right place. \r We contracted with SAHARA RV to rent an RV for our vacation, giving them a $100 deposit. They were real firm on us signing a cancellation policy which states “A DEPOSIT of $100.00 is required to GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION. (Their emphasis). The policy says that you will lose half of your deposit if you cancel 5 days out, lose all of it if you cancel 4 days out. We paid our money to guarantee rental RV. \r Two days prior to the rental, they call and say that the unit will not be ready on time, 9:00 am, it would be a couple hours late. We told them that even picking the unit up late, we still wanted it. We took a cab from our hotel over to Sahara RV around 1:00. The unit wasn’t ready. They said that it would be around 2:00 or 2:30. They then contacted me to tell me it would be after 3:30, would we like to look at a smaller unit. We looked at the Class C which was really tired and decided to cut out loss and leave. \r We wasted an entire day trusting that these people were competent. The answer to that is decidedly NO. Neither competent nor capable. Gambling is part of Las Vegas but you shouldn’t have to gamble and loose on your vacation by dealing with SAHARA RV. \r more

These guys were awesome! I went in looking for some parts on my old Coleman A/C and the guys behind the counter were very helpful and patient! (PLUS They are all CHARGER Fans! Big Plus!!) Wiley, Junior & Senior were all very pleasant to deal with. I will be back for sure! more

This place is a lessons learned place. This was our first time to rent a Class A Motorhome. I plan to rent another Motorhome, but not from this place. We got a 15 year old vehicle. I used to ride old school buses in grade school. It brought back memories of an old school bus.\r It does a shake, rattle and roll. No power outside mirrors, cabinet and bathroom doors fling open. It is obvious that maintenance is just enough to get vehicle on road.\r We got what we paid for.\r It was a poor starter experience and now I know what to look for when renting again. more

I rented a 31' Class C Sunseeker for a week long trip to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. I checked out three other RV companies, and Sahara was the only one where someone picked up the phone whenever I called. Also, they were one of the few who could tell me the exact type of RV I would have (most others operate a network so it just depends on availability - Sahara has its own fleet). Not only that, but they were the lower end of the price scale! more

This place has great customer service! They totally helped me on the weekend install a breaking system on my vehicle even though they normally don't have techs on Saturday! The tech stayed and assisted me and was super nice! All the other places I called refused to assist me on a weekend! Good place to check out! more

I went in to purchase a generator and not only did they give me great customer service and a great deal they were able to install it in the very same day. The gentleman behind the counter who went by Junior was very knowledgeable and I will be sending all my friends and family this way. more

Rented us an RV with a generator that failed in 1/2 hour after leaving Las Vegas 105 degree temps. We had our two dogs, no air conditioning. They don't answer their phones after 5pm, NO VOICE MAIL. We called right before closing and they told us to take care of it ourselves. We stayed in a Motel 8 the first night in Las Vegas to wait for a repairman that we found in the yellow pages. We had to call a repair guy to come to us and replace the air filter that was so clogged, the generator wouldn't run. TV broken, DVD broken, kitchen table wouldn't stay up, fell to the floor. Curtains pulled down, broken.. couldn't pull up. The oven didn't work. POORLY MAINTAINED. No place to leave your car, we had to drive across town to find long term parking at the airport...The insurance you buy has a 1000.00 deductible. We made an appt with the general manager John Wiley when we returned the RV. You got it... he was conveniently gone to an appointment, he had our email/phone info and didn't bother to let us know, or leave word for anyone to help us. The staff is SUPER SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM SAHARARVdotCOM in Las Vegas.. RUN, RUN!!! Save yourself a lot of grief. Pros: it's on the cheap side Cons: NO ROADSIDE SERVICE !
