I have very imprressed with everything!! I asked some questions prior to making a purchase and you were very helpful and quick to respond. Once I placed the order I received superior customer service, receiving updates via e-mail and I couldn't believe how fast my order was shipped! I received my items two days after placing the order! Plush animals arrive within a couple of days of ordering still wrapped in plastic. Quality, authentic, gorgeous Gund animals. Service and quality second to none. I always shop here first for plush animals. more

Dreams do come true 2/22/2011

Thank you for bringing so much happiness to my daughter. Her room is a breyer fest in itself, and provides her with hours of fun. She always makes sure that your card is on our fridge, actually multiple ones now just in case we loose one. You are a pleasure to shop with, and your product and shipping time is always top notch. Now if we could just get the shipping cost down between the borders mom's dreams would come true! That is not your fault though, and you do charge reasonable shipping, and the product always arrives promptly and in top notch condition! I am sure you will be filling many more of our orders to come! Thank you again more

shipping set and vet doll 2/15/2011

I think that golden oak stables has amazing service and I am really pleased with the 2 new products I have recieved. My only problem isn't with golden oak stables because I'm pretty sure you don't make the products you just sell them. Okay so my problem is that I hate that the dolls hair is so long. But of course that can be fixed. And another is the halters of whatever kind they always seem to somehow break. But thats ok because I can usually fix it. So other than that I love it! more

I was and I am happy with all the services of Madame Alexander. I wish they would grow to such a company americangirl.com, they have all kinds of things, which would be great to see on Madame Alexander which is my favorite. I love that you can also pick up as I did SONJA HARTMAN which is the most gorgeous doll I have ever seen, movable in 9 joints. Awesome. Keep it going. Just in january now in Germany was a trade show, for the dolls from Sonja Hartman, and I hope you will bring on your web. page many mores dollies as they came this year with new beautiful ones.
